Christa grew up on a Niagara-on-the-Lake dairy farm and graduated from Guelph with a BSc in Environmental Science. After realising she missed working with people, she joined BCM as an agent and never looked back.

Jakob grew up on his family's hog and cash crop farm in Niagara, which is where his understanding of rural life began. He helps farming families protect what matters and, in his spare time, plays soccer and goes fishing.

Kelly brokered insurance from 2004 before joining BCM as an agent in 2021. She was raised on a Niagara chicken farm and now lives locally with three children and two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Jennifer started in insurance in 2007 and is in it for the long-term relationships. She was raised on a Cayuga dairy farm and now lives on a horse farm in West Lincoln with her daughter.

Peter and his wife immigrated to Canada from England in 1993. His whole career has been in client service, where he holds integrity as the standard, and he is an avid follower of the English Premier League.

Marc grew up in Montreal, lives in Welland, and has more than 30 years in insurance. He is a basketball fan and occasional golfer who volunteers with local non-profits supporting seniors, children, and new immigrants.

Judi grew up in Sutton, moved to Port Colborne at the age of eight, and started in insurance in 2001. She joined BCM in 2014 and now lives in Fonthill with her husband, son, and Saint Bernard.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ken came to Niagara for Brock University and stayed. When he is off the clock, you will find him camping, road tripping, or working on his cars.

Claudia joined BCM in 1974 as one of just two head office employees, then moved into sales in 1994. She loves the mutual story and shares it with every policyholder she meets.

Chance brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to the team. Growing up in a family of 13, he thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help individuals and families across Niagara find insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Diane has spent over 20 years in insurance, joining the mutual community in 2016. She moved from CSR through farm support to sales lead before settling at BCM, and she now lives in Binbrook with her family.

Shannon joined BCM in 2012 and has moved through reception, admin, and underwriting before joining the sales team. She has lived in the Niagara region her whole life and spends her free time with her husband and her dog Rigby.

Lisa joined BCM in 2021 with over 25 years of insurance experience. She believes insurance matters most when you understand what it protects, and she is happy to walk you through your coverage step by step.

Dawn started in insurance in 2015 in customer service and then moved into underwriting before joining BCM's agency team. Outside the office, she spends her time with family and on home renovation projects.

Tracey is BCM's Sales & Service Coordinator and a valued long-standing team member. Known for her dedication, reliability, and commitment to great service, she plays an important role in supporting both policyholders and colleagues every day.

Adam is the Business Development Manager at BCM, holding an Honours BBA in Marketing, a CAIB designation, and an OTL Insurance license. Outside work, he trains at the gym and rides motorcycles.

Andrea Cormier brings extensive experience in insurance, customer service, sales, and leadership. A Niagara resident for 18 years, she is committed to delivering exceptional service to the clients in our community.

Dana has spent over 30 years in insurance and now supervises BCM's sales department. Off the clock, she spends time with her family and her energetic yellow lab, Dozer.

Brett is BCM's Marketing Specialist and a Brock University graduate with an Honours degree in Business Communications. He lives in Niagara, plays sports, and spends time on the golf course when he is off the clock.

From Bertie Township to BCM headquarters, Bertie skipped hibernation to spread smiles across Niagara. As Director of Fun, he handles community events and trade shows, and he keeps a close eye on the lunchroom honey supply.
