Insurance Advisor
Build your own book of business with the backing of a 145-year-old mutual insurer. BCM advisors work one-on-one with policyholders across Niagara, with exclusive territories, warm leads, full training, and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
Claims
Guide policyholders through their most stressful moments with fairness and empathy. Our claims team investigates and settles property and auto claims from the Welland office, keeping the process personal from first call to resolution.
Loss Prevention
Prevent claims before they happen. Our in-house loss prevention team conducts on-site property inspections, thermal imaging, and risk assessments across Niagara. This role is unique to the mutual insurance model.
Board of Directors
As a mutual company, BCM is governed by a board elected from its policyholders. If you hold a BCM policy and want to help shape the future of insurance in Niagara, a director role may be the right fit.
